Portrait of Binaya Niraula

One possibility, realised

Binaya Niraula’s journey began in a small village in Nepal and led him to a Master of Social Work at the University of Sydney.

To finish Year 10, Binaya left his family to study at Heartland College in Kathmandu, working as a domestic helper to support himself while LBW funded his education. He went on to study Law at Purwanchal University. Now in Sydney, he’s majoring in Human Rights.

Binaya’s story is Learning for a Better World in action: not a single leg up, but a path that keeps opening, and an impact that reaches every community he goes on to serve.
